**Job Title: Business Operations Director**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Director to oversee the day-to-day activities of our organization.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple teams and ensuring that they are working efficiently towards common goals.

You will work closely with the Managing Director and General Manager to align production with customer requirements and ensure that delivery dates are met.

The ideal candidate will have excellent people management skills, with experience in managing multiple teams and growing the people within them.

They will also be great at setting tasks and following them through to ensure they are completed, and will be confident enough to ensure tasks are completed.

In addition, the successful candidate will have excellent multi-tasking skills, as well as the ability to learn new computer-based programs and quoting software.

They will also be good with numbers and details, and will be able to manage client forecasts and pricing structures.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing the office and directing production to meet customer requirements
  • Aligning production with customers' requirements
  • Liaising with Sales/Clients to update expected delivery dates
  • Managing schedules and planning with production based on customer requirements/expectations
  • Liaising with Suppliers on incoming goods ETAs and raising supplier NCRs
  • Aligning admin and production to ensure customer delivery dates are achieved
  • Running weekly meetings with department heads to communicate customer requirements and align priorities
  • Providing Sales team support to manage stock holding agreements, pricing, and forecasting
  • Training new Admin, Procurement and Estimating Staff and providing coverage to mentioned roles
