Executive Director of Residential Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Residential Operations to lead our team at MacKillop House in Norwest.

The primary focus of this role is ensuring our residents achieve the highest possible quality of life, with all aspects of operations and resources aligned to achieve this purpose.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, including operational, clinical, administration, financial, hospitality, maintenance and lifestyle functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams and cultivate a positive community-centred culture while maintaining clinical standards.
  • Ensure high-quality care delivery and efficient operations.
  • Forge strong relationships with residents and families.

Requirements:

  • Completion of tertiary qualifications in nursing, healthcare or similar.
  • Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA.
  • Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Significant experience managing a single-site residential aged care home.
  • Strong team leadership experience and effective conflict resolution skills.
