Project Delivery Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee project delivery operations, ensuring resources are utilised effectively, compliance requirements are met, and quality outcomes are achieved.

This role involves coordinating operational aspects of the business, including workforce planning, to meet project and organisational goals. The lead will review contracts to ensure obligations and compliance requirements are met, liaise with staff, and oversee project management processes to drive successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities include conducting operations in a safe and compliant manner, preparing accurate forecasts, identifying project risks, and providing regular progress reports to management.

In this role you'll also be working on projects including overseeing installation of complex control systems, audio and video installations. You will be dealing with a variety of clientele, including corporate, education and government, with interactions between clients, builders, consultants and other contractors.

The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach with practical and analytical skills, strong communication, people management skills and team building capabilities, ability to maintain and develop industry/technical knowledge, manage their time efficiently and prioritise tasks, sound understanding of audio-visual systems and other related construction service disciplines, proven experience in managing project teams.
