Project Delivery Leader Role

The Project Delivery Leader will be responsible for coordinating operational aspects of the organisation, including workforce planning, to meet project and business goals. This role involves reviewing contracts to ensure obligations and compliance requirements are met, collaborating with staff, and overseeing project management processes to drive successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities include conducting operations in a safe and compliant manner, preparing accurate forecasts, identifying project risks, and providing regular progress reports to management. This position requires a strong focus on coordination, risk assessment, and operational efficiency to support the organisation's success and adherence to industry standards.

In this role, you will also be working on projects involving complex control systems, audio installations, and video installations. You will interact with various clients, including corporate, education, and government sectors, as well as builders, consultants, and other contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support project teams, providing guidance, governance, and performance management.
  • Oversee labour forecasting, resourcing, and utilisation across project teams.
  • Implement and maintain project procedures, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.
  • Drive collaboration between departments to achieve project objectives.
  • Provide client consultation during and after project delivery, including design review and handover.
  • Manage team development through training, supervision, and performance reviews.
  • Monitor project finances, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Requirements:
  • AV industry experience with 5+ years managing large complex projects
  • A hands-on approach with practical and analytical skills
  • Strong communication, people management skills, and team building capabilities.
  • Ability to maintain and develop industry/technical knowledge.
  • Manage time efficiently and prioritise tasks.
  • A sound understanding of audio-visual systems and other related construction service disciplines.
  • Proven experience in managing project teams
  • Preferably have an AGSVA clearance
