Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 14 people, including fitters and drivers. Your primary objective will be to deliver high standards across the depot, achieving targets on sales, profit, stock management, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a team of approximately 14 people, including fitters and drivers.
  • Leading the team to deliver high standards across the depot.
  • Achieving targets on sales, profit, stock management, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Carrying out P&L management, budgeting, and administrative tasks.
  • Developing relationships with key customers to ensure high service delivery standards.
  • Championing Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong team leadership and coaching skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with profit and loss management.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Relevant experience in pumps, compressors, generators, and/or the construction industry.
  • Proven managerial experience within a similar sector.
