Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Professional to oversee the full compensation function for our diverse workforce. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end weekly and monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll data entry, verification, and processing to ensure timely and accurate payments
  • Interpret employment agreements and awards to ensure correct pay rates and benefits
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide expert support to internal stakeholders
  • Perform month-end payroll reconciliations and reporting to management
  • Collaborate closely with Finance and HR teams to ensure seamless integration of compensation and benefits
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in compensation and benefits administration or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including Fair Work legislation
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Experience using large payroll systems (e.g. Chris21, Preceda)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
