The Role: We are looking for a full-time Manager of Employment Relations to become a vital member of our People & Culture team. This position can be based in various locations.

Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for crafting, executing, and overseeing a modern industrial relations strategy tailored for dnata catering & retail Australia. Your expertise will be crucial in providing guidance across the organization and nurturing productive relationships with unions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop negotiation strategies and plans;
  • Oversee the planning, negotiation, and execution of Enterprise Agreements;
  • Manage external matters and represent the company in hearings;
  • Create effective tools and resources to ensure compliant and respectful employment relations.

The Ideal Candidate: We seek an individual with extensive experience in industrial relations who is ready to introduce innovative approaches that align with our business needs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in formulating and implementing long-term industrial relations strategies that enhance both internal and external partnerships.
