Claims & Return to Work Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our portfolio of claims in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
This is a temporary assignment with the potential to become a permanent full-time role, requiring full-time office work in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne.
About the role:
- Coordinate processes associated with rehabilitation and timely case management for high-risk injured and/or ill employees claims.
- Manage workers compensation claims within Victoria, engaging with key stakeholders to drive understanding and continuous improvement.
- Conduct timely and appropriate case reviews to develop individual case strategies, communicate, and achieve them.
- Prepare monthly reports for key stakeholders on the situation.
About you:
- You must have an allied health qualification or similar, with recent experience in end-to-end management of high-risk workers compensation claims.
- You should possess the ability to influence, engage, and work collaboratively with diverse groups of internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborative stakeholder management skills are essential, with a preference for regular interactions both internally and externally.
