Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Test Analyst with expertise in Kronos (UKG Dimensions/Workforce Management). This role involves testing payroll, rostering, and workforce management integrations within a complex corporate environment.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, payroll teams, and technical leads to ensure end-to-end quality across both functional and integration testing phases.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create detailed test cases for Kronos and payroll modules
  • Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Validate payroll calculations, rostering, and workforce scheduling workflows
  • Raise and manage defects through to closure
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience with Kronos / UKG Dimensions / Workforce Management systems
  • Experience in payroll testing (SAP Payroll, Kronos, or similar)
  • Proven track record in system and integration testing within complex enterprise environments
