Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Safety Administrator to join our team at Concentis. As a key member of our Health and Safety Team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our business and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and execute administrative tasks to support the operations of our business, including managing safety registers, audit actions, and certification coordination.
  • Oversee internal and external stakeholder enquiries, requests, and activities, providing exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Assist in monitoring, maintaining, and reporting on assigned procurement, expenditure, and budget activities, utilizing advanced organizational skills.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement to enhance organizational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Provide administrative assistance in reviewing and updating health and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and update key safety registers, audit actions, and certification coordination, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Assist with contractor management tasks related to safety requirements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

About You:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative position, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Intermediate skills within MS Office Suite, Office 365, and SharePoint.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Advanced organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize a wide range of tasks.
