Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Health, Safety, and Environment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental procedures
  • Investigate incidents and near-miss incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with management and employees to promote a safety-first culture

Requirements

  • Currently studying or have recently completed a Diploma in Work Health & Safety or similar
  • Some experience within the construction industry would be highly regarded
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
