Job Title: Full Time Early Childhood Centre Manager

Are you a dedicated and inspiring leader seeking to shape engaging programs and champion quality outcomes? Do you have experience in managing early learning settings, leading diverse teams, and fostering positive cultures?

As a Centre Manager, you will partner closely with a national network of leaders to develop innovative strategies for inclusive child-led learning programs. You will empower educators through strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring to build a collaborative and high-performing team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspiring and guiding educators to deliver exceptional care for children aged 6 weeks through to school age
  • Leading the centre with integrity, ensuring alignment with National Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
  • Championing the design, delivery, and evaluation of inclusive, child-led learning programs that support every child's growth, wellbeing, and curiosity

Requirements:

  • Diploma, Graduate Diploma, or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
  • In-depth knowledge of the National Quality Standards and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework
  • Strong understanding of compliance, regulations, and Child Safe Standards applicable to Victorian early childhood services
