Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
  • WWCC + Mandatory Reporting & relevant compliance certificates
  • A proven leader with at least 2 years in an early years leadership role
  • A confident communicator and compassionate leader who fosters connection and collaboration
