As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading a collaborative and high-performing team through strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with children, families, staff, and the broader community.
  • Developing and implementing inclusive learning programs that support every child's growth and wellbeing.
  • Managing enrolments, rostering, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure smooth operations.
  • Nurturing the professional development of your team through training and performance conversations.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Diploma, Graduate Diploma, or Degree in Early Childhood Education.
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High-level computer and documentation skills.
  • Current Working with Children Check or VIT.
  • Approved First Aid Certificate including Asthma, CPR and Anaphylaxis training.
  • Current legal working rights in Australia.
