Program Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on Northeast Ohio students and families.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage programs and services in schools and partner sites
  • Develop and implement program management plans for Advising Program and Services locations
  • Ensure accurate tracking of services in our data management system
  • Provide college and career access advising services when needed and in support of the advising team
  • Maintain external communication with reputable partners according to stakeholder engagement plan

Requirements:
  • Experience working in a team environment with a collaborative focus
  • Ability to problem solve, troubleshoot complex situations, and manage issues with creative and effective solutions
  • Skilled in active listening with team members as well as internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, sociology, psychology, social work, or nonprofit management
  • Knowledge of federally funded programs such as TRiO, GEAR UP, or 21st Century is helpful
  • Familiarity with the designated communities is highly desirable
