Program Operations Specialist

This role requires a professional to oversee the operational aspects of various programs. The responsibilities include owning and executing assigned tasks, being an expert on subject matter areas, maintaining Standard Operating Procedures, communicating with stakeholders, and evaluating current states for future enhancements.

  • Responsibilities include:
Subject Matter Expertise
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of program operations and maintain expertise through continuous learning and professional development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and optimal program performance.
Process Ownership
  • Own and execute against all operational responsibilities assigned to fulfill program terms and requirements.
  • Be responsible for maintaining accurate records, tracking progress, and reporting to management as needed.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve program goals and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, including team members, managers, and external partners.
Continuous Improvement
  • Evaluate current state of subject matter areas and recommend future state or enhancements.
  • Manage roll-out of new components or initiatives related to subject matter areas.
