Trainee Insurance Claims Specialist

Our company is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Junior Administrator/ Trainee Claims Officer. This position offers an exciting opportunity for career growth and development within our highly supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage motor and home claims, progressing to more complex commercial property and liability claims
- Oversee claims workflow from lodgement to settlement
- Take calls regarding claims, requesting information and providing excellent customer service
- Gain training and support in new lines of claims
- Deal with inbox and follow up on claims enquiries
- Run weekly updated claims reports for senior members of the team
- Support the brokers, providing quotations, processing information, and assisting with policy renewals
Requirements:
- A friendly, can-do attitude and exceptional customer service skills
- At least 2-3 years claims experience, preferably in a broker environment
- A commitment to learn, be loyal, and trustworthy
- A confident personality able to adapt quickly to change and take on ad-hoc duties
