Agribusiness Lending Expert

This senior role will lead the lending processes for Agribusiness, driving improvements in credit quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our team as an Agribusiness Lending Lead. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for optimizing our lending operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering a culture of excellence within the division.

Your primary focus will be on enhancing lending capabilities, improving efficiency, and delivering high-quality services to customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve these goals, leveraging your expertise in agribusiness credit and lending to drive business growth and profitability.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of end-to-end lending and credit processes. You should also have experience with Active Ops planning and methodologies, as well as a proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies to enhance lending capabilities and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, optimize efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of agribusiness credit and lending best practices, staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and partners.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, finance, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in agribusiness lending, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience with Active Ops planning and methodologies, with a strong understanding of process improvement techniques.
