Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Administration Officer.
The successful candidate will provide essential administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth operation of operations and activities.
Key Responsibilities:Manage office routines, coordinate meetings and correspondence, and support project logistics including travel, records, and budget preparation.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, anticipating team needs, and maintaining accurate documentation to support project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have:
A high level of organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
This is a fixed term full-time opportunity commencing immediately for a period of 12 months with the possibility of extensions.
Eligibility To Apply:You must be an Australian Citizen or hold permanent residency to be considered for this position.
