Job Opportunity for a Trainer in Meat Processing

We are seeking an experienced and skilled trainer to support the development of our team members and contribute to shaping the future of training in the meat industry.

The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring our people are competent across boning operations and adjoining areas, helping us maintain our reputation for quality and excellence.

Key responsibilities include delivering practical hands-on training both on-the-job and off-the-job, conducting refresher sessions to ensure staff competency and compliance with job requirements, and maintaining accurate training records.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills to engage diverse groups.
  • Solid knowledge of meat processing and related operational areas.
  • Previous experience delivering training in a production or processing environment.
  • HR or Learning & Development-related qualifications are highly regarded.
