About The Role
  • Schedule, coordinate, and communicate training sessions.
  • Provide support to employees and trainers throughout the training cycle.
  • Collect and feedback from participants and trainers.
  • Prepare training outcome reports for management.
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of L&D policies and initiatives.
  • Maintain training materials, work instructions, and licences.
  • Administer and update the LMS system.
What We're Looking For
  • Knowledge of meat industry operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and general computer literacy.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to prepare clear and accurate reports.
  • Background in supporting training delivery in an industrial or production setting (desriable).
