About the Opportunity

This exciting position plays a significant role in creating new opportunities and managing established partnerships for our portfolio of products in the commercial construction and property refurbishment segments.

You will facilitate business growth and market share for our business units and brands, aligning with the overall national strategy. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the business, managing various internal and external relationships.

The role is based out of Maddington and empowers you to unlock numerous opportunities for the sales team, driving progress in the commercial construction segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing supply partnerships and develop new opportunities.
  • Oversee the future project pipeline, engaging with Commercial New Construction and Re-Paint projects in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets.
  • Support state teams and navigate project management.
  • Collaborate with state sales teams to provide industry insights and lead generation.
  • Contribute to achieving total State trade sales targets.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial construction environments.
  • Sales-related experience, including stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Minimum three certifications in relevant Salesforce products.
