Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a growing portfolio of commercial properties.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and landlords.
  • Handle lease administration, renewals, and negotiations with key stakeholders.
  • Oversee repairs, maintenance, and contractor coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Manage budgets, arrears, and monthly financial reporting to maintain accurate records.
  • Take on business development opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Contribute to building and shaping systems and processes within the department.

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 5 years' experience managing your own commercial portfolio and hold a current WA real estate registration. You will ideally possess experience providing inspiring leadership to a team and a solid understanding of property management software.
