We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our team as a Commercial Property Manager.
About the Role- Assist in managing a premium retail portfolio, liaising with tenants and landlords to ensure smooth operations and maximize returns.
- Conduct property inspections and reports to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Manage tenant invoices and arrears to maintain positive relationships and minimize losses.
- Coordinate maintenance of the portfolio to ensure properties remain in excellent condition.
- A minimum of 12 months experience in commercial property management or residential property management looking to transition into commercial.
- A current WA Property Management License.
- Familiarity with Cirrus8 software is highly regarded but not essential.
- A strong desire to become a successful commercial property manager.
