About the Ideal Candidate:

  • 3-5 years' experience as an Area Manager in Early Childhood Education, with a proven track record of success
  • Previous experience as a Centre Director, with expertise in leadership and team management
  • Passion for supporting personal and professional growth, with a focus on excellence and quality
  • Strong leadership skills, with a commitment to trust, honesty, and integrity
  • Drive for exceeding quality practice and commercial viability, with a focus on customer service

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach teams to achieve compliance, quality, and financial outcomes
  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for financial, operational, quality, and compliance
  • Support Centre Managers and Educators through the A&R process, ensuring seamless transitions and continuous improvement
  • Ensure full compliance reporting on incidents and prevention strategies, maintaining a safe and healthy environment

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in multi-site management within Early Education, with a strong track record of success
  • Extensive knowledge of long day care operations, EYLF, National Quality Standard, and other relevant frameworks
  • Resilient self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and change, with a passion for innovation and growth
