Regional Business Leader

 

About the Opportunity:

We seek a dynamic and experienced Regional Business Leader to spearhead a portfolio of high-performing dental centres across Western Melbourne and Geelong.

The successful candidate will assume full business and people leadership responsibility across a portfolio of 11 Dental Centres, each varying in size, complexity, and community needs.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leading, coaching and supporting Centre Leaders across 11 centres
  • Fostering high-quality relationships with dental practitioners
  • Driving performance metrics including revenue, patient satisfaction and EBITDA
  • Championing a positive culture and values
  • Implementing operational improvements and strategic initiatives
  • Taking full responsibility for regional financials and clinical compliance

  • A full driver's licence and comfort with regular travel across the region
