Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead or support stakeholder and community engagement programs. The successful candidate will have expertise in identifying and quantifying social outcomes, with a focus on best practice engagement and social impact.

The ideal candidate will be an advocate for excellence in engagement and social impact, with experience in designing and implementing engagement strategies and programs. They will also possess strong communication skills, with the ability to write succinct and compelling copy to explain complex ideas in understandable ways.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact and contribute to our mission of shaping sustainable infrastructure and services that enhance community wellbeing.

Requirements
  • A seasoned practitioner with at least 10 years' experience, or a senior consultant with at least five years' experience, confident working independently.
  • Qualifications or background in urban planning, public policy, communications, or social sciences.
  • A strong understanding of the social, environmental, cultural, and economic issues that face our communities.
  • IAP2 certification or a willingness to work towards it.
