About The Role:

This role involves serving as the subject matter expert for Human Resources analytics and reporting, owning the creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of key data sets and metrics. The purpose of this role is to provide workforce business analysis and reporting and support the implementation of the HR technology roadmap.

Responsibilities include analysing the current workforce data, determining future workforce needs, identifying the gap between the present and the future, and implementing solutions so that an organisation can accomplish its mission, goals, and strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create analytics dashboards across the HR Function, including Workforce Planning, Payroll, Employee Experience, WHS & Wellbeing, Talent Acquisition and Management.
