What skills/experience do I need to be successful?- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex programme environments, ideally with experience in energy or large scale migration programmes;
- Familiarity with industry-wide modelling techniques and business analysis tools;
- Ability to tailor methods and tools to suit diverse business situations;
- Experience in supporting change initiatives and driving user adoption.

Hybrid working typically means 2 days in the office location listed on this advert and 3 days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to our other offices may be required.
