As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our sites. The Site Administrator position is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an individual with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

The Role
  • Employee Scheduling: You will be responsible for managing and updating work schedules and rosters for employees working on-site, ensuring adequate staffing levels for all shifts.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all operational and personnel-related activities, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies and regulations.
  • Mobilisation: Coordinate the mobilisation of employees, ensuring site clearance, training, and compliance checks are completed.
  • Travel Logistics: Manage travel arrangements, including flights, buses, and accommodation.
  • Documentation: Ensure that employees are provided with necessary travel documents and itineraries, with detailed record-keeping across multiple sites and systems.
  • Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between workers, management, and ensure effective communication between offices.
  • Payroll: Collaborate with payroll to ensure correct payment and timely remuneration, considering FIFO schedules and overtime.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on workforce levels, accommodation status, safety incidents, and any operational issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to meet deadlines.
  • Confidentiality: Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and data integrity.
  • Data Management: Manage and organise data with attention to detail, including filing and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • 4 years experience as a Site Administrator within surface or underground mining.
  • Proficient Microsoft office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel).
  • Proven ability to improve systems and streamline processes.
  • Confidence working independently and managing shifting priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and quick thinking.
  • A positive, team-focused attitude with a can-do approach.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable to change.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to integrity.
  • A solid work ethic and drive to work efficiently and responsibly.
  • Organised and flexible, able to respond effectively in dynamic environments.
