Level 2 Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Level 2 Support Analyst to join our team at Civica UK Ltd. As a Level 2 Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers in the local government sector. Your expertise will be crucial in handling any escalations that might arise, ensuring our customers receive prompt and efficient assistance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Level 2 support to customers in the local government sector
- Handle escalations and ensure prompt and efficient assistance
- Work closely with developers and consultants to support software and escalations
- Familiarity with Software as a Service environments or cloud applications
- Proficiency in scripting languages or automation tools to streamline support processes
- Basic Technical, Web Platform, Android or IOS application knowledge
- Previous experience in L2 Application support asset maintenance industry (Nice to have)
- Expertise in customer service and problem-solving
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
