Job Title: Strategic Growth Associate
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to support the achievement of our growth strategy. As a Business Development Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating pre-acquisition activities, assisting in financial modeling, and developing integration plans.
The successful candidate will have experience in project or finance roles, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate pre-acquisition activities, ensuring timely completion and effective stakeholder engagement;
- Assist in the preparation of financial models, business cases, and due diligence reports;
- Develop integration plans and drive the day-to-day integration process;
- Complete post-implementation reviews of acquisitions;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies;
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transition of new business.
- Multitasking ability with systematic, organized approach to achieve project outcomes;
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams and levels of management;
- Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze financial information;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication;
- Ability to learn and understand operational, product, and functional roles across the business;
- Positive attitude in complex and challenging environments.
