Career Transition Assistance Role

As a Career Transition Assistance Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals aged 45+ years in transitioning back into the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine participant suitability for the program through consultation and assessment
  • Deliver the CTA program in a group training environment, developing skills and assisting participants in obtaining sustainable employment
  • Builddistinct relationships with stakeholders, including government departments and local industry bodies
  • Foster key relationships internally and externally, promoting the benefits of the program to engage potential participants
  • Facilitate the CTA program in accordance with accreditation standards and contractual obligations

Skill Requirements:

  • A strong knowledge of the local labour market and ideally the Employment Services industry
  • Ability to build and maintain relevant stakeholder relationships
  • Experience in career development or career counselling would be advantageous
  • Organising, planning, implementing, and facilitating training programs are essential skills
  • A proven track record in achieving results, KPIs, and delivering exceptional customer service is necessary
  • Influencing, negotiating, and managing time effectively are critical
