UGLs manufacturing and maintenance business are looking for a passionate & influential
**Contract Delivery Manager **to join our $2.3 billion New Intercity Fleet (NIF) project team. This project will oversee the replacement of trains carrying customers from Sydney to the Central Coast, Newcastle, the Blue Mountains and the South Coast. UGL will operate a new maintenance facility and provide maintenance and asset management services to the new fleet for 15 years.

**About the Role**

This role will offer on a 12 month fixed term contract working full time hours Monday - Friday and is based at our maintenance facility in Kangy Angy on the NSW Central Coast.

Reporting to the NIF site Operations & Maintenance Manager, the role of the Contract Delivery Manager is responsible for managing the interfaces between the customer (NSWT) and UGL in relation to attribution, customer defects and reporting during the maintenance phase of the New Intercity Fleet (NIF) project to ensure objectives are achieved in accordance with project scope, the delivery program, resource requirements, budgets, quality, safety standards and customer expectations.

You will also be the primary point of contact with the customer on issues relating to attribution, customer defects and reporting as well as provide timely and accurate reports (daily, weekly, monthly) pertaining to meeting contract obligations, non-compliance and variances, contract progress, performance measurements, supply and sub-contractor performance, payment performance, or any other reporting requirements, as required.

**About You**
- Relevant Bachelor's degree business management, finance, project management or any other related field
- Previous experience in a commercial organisation associated with the development and delivery of maintenance and asset management services.
- Experienced gained in the rail, automotive, military, defence, avionics or any other safety critical environment.
- Be able to effectively advise, negotiate, influence, and maintain positive relationships with internal and stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to present information effectively to support decision making.
- Exceptional organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks to achieve objectives within the agreed time frames
