Job Opportunity

This role provides administrative support to the Events team. It is crucial for efficiency and productivity while ensuring a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain systems and procedures for administrative tasks in relation to Tessitura and Priava-Elite.
  • Support with financial processing tasks, including generating invoices and purchase orders.
  • Represent the Events department by acting as a central point of contact for event-related queries.
  • Support contract management of the in-house catering provider.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous experience providing administrative support and liaising with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Tessitura, Priava-Elite and/or similar databases.
  • Ability to prepare reports using clear language.
