- Pricing Strategy & Optimisation: Lead the design and refinement of pricing frameworks to balance competitiveness, profitability, and customer perception.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and price movements to identify opportunities and risks.
- Performance Measurement: Evaluate the impact of pricing initiatives and provide actionable recommendations to enhance outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with teams across the group, including Commercial, Group Strategy, Marketing, and CustomerX, to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
In this role, you'll have the chance to work closely with a supportive team and partner with stakeholders to share insights, co-create solutions, and deliver impactful results. You'll also bring fresh ideas and challenge the status quo to uncover new growth opportunities.
Your Skills & QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial or Strategy roles (retail or FMCG experience preferred).
- A proven track record of delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively and challenge norms.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights.
- Proficiency in managing large datasets and conducting complex analyses (Excel, Google Sheets; SQL an advantage).
