Childcare Educator Position in Cumberland

Cumberland City Council is a prominent local government area situated within the Central City District of Greater Sydney, adjacent to two burgeoning cities. The council operates 13 Education and Care Centres across the region, catering to children from birth to thirteen years of age.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in an education and care environment, with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with children, parents, and other educators effectively. A degree-qualified early childhood educator or equivalent qualifications are desirable for this role.
A key aspect of this position is working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality childcare services. The successful applicant must be flexible, able to adapt to changing situations, and demonstrate a passion for working with young children.
This is a casual position with varied hours, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, Monday through Friday. The pay rate for this role ranges between $27.60 and $28.49 per hour, depending on the specific grade and experience level, with an additional 11% superannuation contribution.
