We are seeking experienced childcare professionals to join our team at one of our 13 Education and Care centres across the Local Government Area.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, creativity, flexibility, and a passion for working with young children, parents, and other educators.

Key requirements include:

  • Experience in an education and care environment
  • Relevant qualifications desirable (Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care or degree-qualified)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Creativity and flexibility
  • A passion for working with young children, parents, and educators
  • Working with Children's Check

This is a casual position, with rosters available Monday to Friday between 6:00am and 6:00pm. Casual hours may vary and are not regular or ongoing.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $28-$32 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus 11% superannuation and a casual loading of 25%.
