The successful candidate will work closely with the centre's staff and management to deliver high-quality educational programs that cater to the needs of children from birth to 13 years old. You will assist in planning and implementing activities that foster creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking skills.
In addition to your passion for education and working with children, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. You will also be proficient in computer operating systems and have basic first aid skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and implementing educational programs for children;
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children during OOSH hours;
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues;
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff;
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized centre;
Salary Information:
We offer a competitive salary range of $27.60 to $31.74 per hour, plus 11% superannuation. The commencing salary will be negotiated based on the successful applicant's qualifications, skills, and experience related to the role.
