Job Overview

The primary function of this role is to provide strategic and operational support to the Retail & Wholesale teams in Australia and New Zealand.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leaders to deliver comprehensive HR services, encompassing employee relations, talent management, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement processes to attract, engage, and retain top talent aligned with our company's values.
  • Manage day-to-day employee relations, award interpretation, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Support workplace injury management and leave processes, ensuring seamless integration with other HR functions.
  • Embed global HR initiatives into the ANZ business, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
  • Lead projects focused on HR data integrity, payroll partnership, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HR, preferably within a multi-site retail or wholesale environment.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance principles.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, with Workday experience highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
