Job Title: Human Resources Professional At our school, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our leadership team. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Assisting selection panels with interviews and venue setup
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal requirements
  • Providing successful applicants with HR documentation
  • Assisting school staff with HR enquiries
  • Processing leave details and payroll on EduPay
  • Liaising with Daily Organisers for staff leave entries
 Job Description: The Hr Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of human resources and payroll processes. The candidate will have proven ability to manage human resources and recruitment procedures, including directing and supporting the work of others. Required Skills and Qualifications: 
  • Proven working knowledge of HR systems and policies, including Edupay, Recruitment Online, Work Cover, and other relevant processes
  • Extensive interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with staff, students, parents, and the wider community
