Job Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate Digital Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Lead contract renewals and negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Develop strategic account plans aligned with each client's business goals and challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activity and provide timely sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in account management with a focus on customer engagement and solution delivery.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM for managing customer interactions and tracking renewal opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve customer queries within agreed SLAs.
  • Experience handling escalations and collaborating with internal teams to achieve resolution.
