Job Title:

Digital Experience Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design and develop best-in-class website user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support multiple digital initiatives, including designing and developing high-quality website user interfaces
  • Author all aspects of the client's website and supporting platforms
  • Manage customer platforms and their data, including Adobe AEM and Adobe Commerce
  • Undertake customer analysis through capturing relevant marketing and user-experience data
  • Implement digital and website-related projects, including testing and rollout
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Design, Marketing, or a similar relevant discipline
  • Demonstrated experience designing or critiquing digital UI
  • Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JS, and other web technologies
  • Experience working with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or equivalent platforms
  • Previous experience in developing and executing large, customer-centric digital projects
  • Sound knowledge of DMP, CDP, CRM, DCO, Digital Media, SEO, SEM, and other business intelligence tools
Bonus Points:
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
