Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team as a quality educator for children aged 0-5. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating a high-quality educational curriculum that reflects the diverse nature of our centre, local, and wider community.

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of EYLF, MTOP (where appropriate), and an ability to develop and implement a high-quality educational program that meets the needs of our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement a high-quality educational curriculum that meets the needs of children aged 0-5
  • Monitor children's progress and maintain accurate records
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve quality outcomes for children
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children aged 0-5
  • A working knowledge of EYLF, MTOP (where appropriate), and National Quality Standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
