We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a team that provides high-quality early childhood education and care while working in accordance with the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Law and applicable regulations.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in early childhood education or Children's Services or equivalent qualification;
  • Proven experience in a similar role or demonstrated natural ability;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • An understanding of DET Regulations, National Quality Standards, Frameworks and Early Years Learning Framework;
  • Knowledge of Child Safe Standards and Child Protection;
  • Passion for Early Childhood Development and the importance of high-quality Early Years programs;
  • The ability to work a variety of shifts between 7.00am and 6.00pm, Monday – Friday;
  • Current First Aid/CPR qualification; and
  • Current Anaphylaxis and Asthma training.
