Beacon Lighting is Australia's leading lighting retailer, continually growing from strength to strength. We are seeking a dedicated IT Helpdesk Support Analyst to support our IT systems across our national retail store network.

The Role

You will be joining a team of four IT professionals at our Derrimut Distribution Centre, reporting to the Helpdesk Lead. Our work involves collaborating with multiple IT departments, including Applications Support, Infrastructure, and Finance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing first-point contact for our stores
  • Hardware and software diagnosis, with escalation to Level 2 team members when necessary
  • Setup and configuration of desktops, notebooks, and peripherals
  • Participating in our rotating after-hours on-call roster

Requirements include prior experience in an IT/Helpdesk environment (three years), Retail POS systems support, and Windows OS knowledge. Apple macOS experience is desired, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
