**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled IT System Support Professional to join our team. As an integral part of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our users.

You will troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting our organization within agreed service level agreements (SLAs). This will involve logging and resolving incidents, managing IT outages and disruptions, setting up and configuring new software and hardware, testing and debugging system software and applications, and following up with internal resources and external partners to ensure timely resolution.

In addition, you will identify opportunities to improve our systems and develop solutions to enhance operational outcomes in line with established development life cycle principles. You will also ensure that documentation is completed and updated for technical programs, user guides, and procedures.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or application support role
  • Solid experience with Azure, O365, Dynamics 365 / Oracle Netsuite
  • Good working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Office 365
  • Experience writing code with common languages (VB, Powershell, Java, and Python)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with client-focused service mentality
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities to resolve technical issues swiftly and effectively
  • Ability to analyze and debug code
  • Strong communication skills with ability to establish relationships with stakeholders across all areas of the business
