**System Support Specialist Role**

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering proactive and reactive technical support services to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing assistance to users on a range of technical issues via phone, email or in-person visits.
  • Maintaining accurate records of system performance and troubleshooting activities.
  • Collaborating with vendors and other business units to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Implementing new technologies and procedures to improve system efficiency.

**Technical Requirements:**

  • Strong understanding of Windows Server administration.
  • Experience with network infrastructure, including routers and switches.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Out-of-hours on-call requirement may apply.
