Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to our recruitment team, including data entry, document management, and candidate tracking
- Sources and screens candidates using various platforms, including JobAdder and LinkedIn
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
- Perform general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in recruitment or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and systems
- A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
