About the Role:
ATLAS Recruitment Australia is seeking a highly skilled Team Coordinator to support the Managing Director and wider team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing email correspondence, scheduling appointments, planning itineraries, and prioritizing tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage email correspondence and respond on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Proactively manage the diary, scheduling appointments, planning, and amending itineraries as required.
- Arrange travel, including flights, transport, and accommodations.
- Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls.
- Prepare and edit presentations and other documents.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including company functions, private events, conferences, and catering.
- Plan and maintain the Managing Director's calendar and recurring tasks, arrange appointments, organize, and help set agendas and action points for all meetings.
- Social Media and Project handling.
- Attend Senior Leadership Team meetings and other strategic meetings to take notes and action points.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' experience as a Team Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Organized, multi-tasking, and attention to detail.
- A hunger to work in a fast-paced environment.
- An outgoing and charismatic personality with a sense of humor.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
